The CPC PAC’s grassroots donors stepped up to contribute toward flipping the U.S. Senate

[WASHINGTON, DC] – Today, the Congressional Progressive Caucus PAC announced that its grassroots donors contributed over $300,000 directly to Senators-elect Reverend Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff, whose victories have opened the door for critically-needed legislation to move through Congress.

“We could not be more thankful for the work of every single organizer, activist, and community leader — especially the Black, brown, AAPI, and immigrant organizers who have been doing the on-the-ground work for years — across Georgia that worked to flip the state blue,” said CPC PAC Co-Chairs Mark Pocan, Pramila Jayapal, and Jamie Raskin. “We were proud to play our part in supporting this effort, and this election has made it clear that Democrats must answer the call and deliver results that directly benefit the American people.”

During the 2020 cycle, the CPC PAC more than doubled its fundraising to over $4 million, launched its first-ever independent expenditure program, and helped elect eight new members to Congress.
