WASHINGTON, DC – Today, the Congressional Progressive Caucus PAC (CPC PAC) announced its endorsement of Becca Balint in Vermont’s At-Large congressional district.

“I am honored to have the endorsement of the Congressional Progressive Caucus PAC. The CPC has been a strong voice for policy that helps the most vulnerable among us,” said Becca Balint. “Now more than ever, it is critical to have folks in Congress who are committed to meaningful action on climate, racial justice, reproductive freedom, housing and health care. In Congress, I’ll join them in the fight for a more just future that puts working families first.”

“We are proud to endorse Becca Balint’s campaign for U.S. Congress. We need more progressive leaders in Congress, people with experience fighting for working people in their communities,” said Congressional Progressive Caucus PAC Co-Chairs Mark Pocan, Pramila Jayapal, and Jamie Raskin. “Becca is that proven leader – rejecting corporate PAC money and delivering on reproductive justice, affordable housing, and gun violence prevention in Vermont – and will bring that same commitment to progressive priorities to Congress.”

In 2020, the PAC raised $4.4 million and launched its first-ever independent expenditure arm, helping elect eight new candidates to Congress.
